Welcome to the Bluffs Property Owner's Association
The Bluffs neighborhood has a Property Owners Association in place to oversee the common assets of the property/area, manage its finances, run business affairs, enforce and set rules, and see to the maintenance and upkeep of the areas.

​The POA is run by a board of directors that is elected by the homeowners. Your board members' contact information can be found by logging in to the portal. 

Owner's Online Portal 
The Bluffs POA uses an Online Portal for its POA communication tool. The portal is a fast, easy, and secure way to stay in the loop and get access to convenient tools such as:
  • Architectural reviews – Request approval from the Design Review Committee on changes to your home and landscaping.
  • View shared documents – Easily pull up the information you need like financial documents and meeting minutes.
  • Make payments – Avoid late fees by setting up automatic payments.
  • Submit maintenance requests – Quickly file requests and track their status.
  • Access from any device – Stay connected with the Online Portal mobile app. Search for "AppFolio Property Manager" in your app store.
